Rice Rentals is committed to providing quality customer service. To help us provide a high level of service we ask that cancellations be made 48 hours in advance of rentals.

Damage Policy: If rental equipment is returned in damaged or dirty condition, the renter will be responsible for cleaning and repair costs. Shop rate will be charged, plus any parts and materials for cleaning or repair. Renter is responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed equipment and will be charged at full replacement value.

Payment: All rental charges will be placed on a customer account at or prior to pick up. Customers that do not have an a rental account established at Rice will be required to pay by cash, debit, or credit card when the instrument(s) are picked up or shipped.
